If an organization had its way, it would make do with free downloadable programs to help in the automation process which is the trend today. While such resort would be a good idea, there are limitations on the program proper as well. For one thing, report generation would be limited to the enabled features that go with the freeware trial package. Usually, the complete package can be unlocked once a purchase, usually online, is done.
The usual scenario can be called a half-baked automation and system, meaning, some manual intervention would still be needed to make a full and accurate report. The program interface as well would be limited to what goes with the trial program hence only catering to around 30% of the full potential of the program offered.
While such would be a good ploy, nothing beats having the complete program. Usually complete programs would still need some minor modifications so anyone could just imagine how organizations would appreciate the programs given the limited capacity they come in.
